Will wearing Gel/Silicone/Padded Bra for a long time cause breast to shrink?!?!?

I've heard stories from many female friends. They said wearing padded bras for a long period of time will cause breast to shrink!!! My friend said that's what happened to her cousin. Her cousin breast used to be very big, now it's like FLAT, and they think that this is because the gel in the padded bra "suck" up your fat. My sister in law told me the same story that had happened to her friend. Is it really true??

That is not true. Breast size is effected by genetics, your weight, and where you are in your cycle, among other things, but there is no biological reason that wearing a padded bra should make your breasts shrink.

So wear whatever bras you want. Your breasts will be happy as long as they are supported.
