Look at the ingredients. If you have oily skin you shouldn't be wearing an oil based foundation. Find something water or silicone based. And powder on your t-zone where you get oily.

A blue Cu II cation salt solution mixed with a green Ni (II )cation salt solution and an aqua colored solution resulted.
I said it be physical because there is no observable chemical change except a slight color change but that doesnt count since the colors just mixed to form an intermediate color, whereas it would have to turn red or something for it to be a chemical change?

From what I remember a physical change is like for example gas to liquid or liquid to solid and vise versa. It's just a change of the physical shape. I would consider your problem to be chemical because your mixing two different things, creating something totally different. Something else resulted from your mixture, creating whole new properties.

If your two solutions mixed together can be separated without chemical means, it is a physical change. But, any chemical change is irreversible, so I think this would be a chemical change.
