i have been moving some stuff in the yard/living room for 2 days (Ac's, TV's, recliners a couch.. that sort of thing). i was also hauling most of it to the burn pile and/or dumpster.

then i went to my cousins house to babysit and was playing with the little boy pretty rough. first he rode me in the pool, then i gave him piggy back rides across the yard, then we roughhoused for a while. we have a game when he charges at me and i block him. then he used me for a slide when i was sitting on the floor beside the couch. then he jumped on me and used me as a springboard.

well, at work today, my back started hurting. it was so bad that even lifting a gallon of milk felt like my shoulder was being pulled from the socket. and moving my neck hurts horribly as does lifting anything at all. what could this be? the pain is mostly right at the base of my neck, top of my spine and my shoulders. it feels like theres a knot or something there.
