were could i buy a baby swim seat?

i live in sydney australia, my son is 8 months old and im looking to take him swimming but not sure were i can find the blow up swim seat for babies at a cheap price. im unable to buy off the internet. please help if you can. thank you

Maybe swimmart. I think that's what it's called. Any of those swimming pool shops where you buy the chlorine. They generally have lots of floaty things. You could also try Kmart or Big W but a specialty pool shop would be your best bet (although, those shops aren't that cheap)

Why do guys at the gym wear swim suits or underpants to shower?

I go to the gym to work out and run. Im not there to pick up guys. I was surprised to see guys in the shower wearing swim suits or underpants to shower in. Is this a normal thing now?. I shower nude and nobody seems to notice or care. Just wondering if this is the norm now?

I don't really know, where I go, there are open showers, and everyone showers naked,
When I was at school it was the same, so I'm comfortable with it, but I guess that some schools now don't force kids to shower naked, so the younger generation don't do it so much. I think it's weird to shower with something on - after all, you're supposed to be cleaning yourself.
Just do what you're comfortable with.

Do adult swimming lesons teach how to swim like the pros or do they teach people how to doggy paddle and float?

I can doggy paddy and could since I was a child but I can't float to save my neck, I'm just not buoyant enough, however, I'm mainly interested in learning the techniques that professional swimmers use.

If you are taking swimming lessons with anyone they will or should be teaching you the proper techniques of basic freestyle and how to float correctly. they will not teach the doggy paddle for the main reason that its not efficient and not correct.

Im a swim instructor myself and i never teach doggy paddle because it will become a bad habit. they will get you used to swimming with your face in the water.
