Any company in India or dealer in India can furnish details related to topic its urgent......
No matter what country your in, it's best practice to call in pool companies local to you for an estimate. They need to know exactly what you want and where it's going. You won't get an accurate cost estimate without them knowing size and seeing with their own eyes, where that pool is to be built.
If they have to rent a crane to lift an excavator over a building to access where the pool is to be dug that adds costs. If they have to dispose of the dirt a distance from the pool site...that adds costs. If the pool size requires large filtration equipment..that adds costs. If this is a commercial pool ( public pool)...that adds a lot of costs. There are so many factors that determine how much a pool eventually costs I could write a book.
Start calling pool contractors. It's the only way you'll get an idea of what money you'll be laying out.

Millions of women have held the position of secretary, alternately lauded as a breakthrough opportunity and excoriated as dead-end busy work. From the female pioneers who infiltrated Capitol Hill offices during the Civil War to today`s tech-savvy administrative assistants, secretaries have withstood criticism for abandoning their rightful sphere (the home), weathered the dubious advice of secretarial guide- books, taken hits from feminists and antifeminists alike, and demanded the right to resist making coffee-all while making their bosses look good.In Swimming in the Steno Pool, author-secretary Lynn Peril profiles the various incarnations of the secretary, from pliable, sexy mate of the "office husband" to postfeminist executive-in-training, drawing inspiration from a wide range of "femorabilia" and secretarial guidebooks of yesteryear. Is there any thing avilable in the market which can keep water way from my ears while swimming?
I had perforated ear drum in the past which has healed now but I have been told to keep my ear dry and do not let water go inside. Its easy during shower because I put cotton or ear plug in my ears. But now I want to learn swimming . Cotton swab and ear plugs may not be safe and effective. Is there any equipment available which can completely seal off my ears while swiming and diving.? Or should I drop the idea of learning swimming?
If you mean out of your ears then speedo makes ear plugs that form fit to your ear

Swim Team Gear am i too old to start swimming & some other questions. pleeease answer!?
I'm fourteen & want to get on the swimteam when my freshman year starts. I have a few questions-
1) I've never swam before, & can't do so formally (all the strokes & such). Will all this be taught or will they assume you know?
2) Obviously, I'm fourteen, but have never been on a swim team before. Am I too old to start?
3) What kind of "gear" do I need for this, & where can i get it?
THANK YOU, so much!(:
Ok now here's a question I can relate to for I had the same problem my freshman year. If you really want to be on the swim team be careful not to underestimate the size of the pool. Most high school pools are big. If you can't do the strokes and what not I would go to some swimming lessons. Now considering that most swimming lessons are not a couple weeks long, it would be wise to take some and try again next year. But if you really have that driv to succeed than I suggest going to the coach and asking him/her to give you lessons. If you make the team they will go over some aspects of swimming and work on some strokes. Think of it this way if you made the team, you must have had previous knowledge of strokes and such. That's a caches point of view. No you are not too old to start. You don't have to start at 3 years of age to be good at something. Last but not least...gear. You're going to need some goggles, preferably speedo, to cover the eyes. If you are a girl, guessing by avatar, then I would suggest a swim cap as you see on olympic swimmers. 1 is ok but 2 gives reassurance of the covering of hair. The less hair on the head the better. When you swim competively, hair slows you down. You will also need a sort of 1 piece bathing suit swim wear. It's not really a bathing suit but looks like a 1 piece bathing suit. I have practiced with girls but since I am a guy it is kind of difficult to go in to detail about it. If you are looking for somewhere to get this stuff try Sports Authority. Don't get goggles from the nearest dollar store or Wal-Mart. Those goggles are flimsy and don't keep water out of your eyes very well. Again try Sports Authority, I hope was of help, and good luck on the tryouts

My weight is around 68-72kg, and my height is 163cm.
In about 4 weeks, I need to be 64kg or less. That means 1kg per week. I hope that by 1st May, I would be about 58kg after losing fats and putting on some muscles.
However, I have a packed timetable. Every weekday, I'll go to school at 6.00am and usually will only reach home at 5.00 exhusted. My college has arrnaged for me to do weight training every monday and friday for an hour. I am trying to arrange for time afterschool to exercise about, one hour every other day, meaning Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
I hope to have two hours each on Saturday and Sunday to workout as well(one of which will be for swimming, most likely).
Either than losing weight & toning my body, I also like to train my NAFFA test which consist of pull-ups, standing board jump, shuttle-run, sit-up and 2.4 run.
I do not have any equipments at home and I'm not allowed to buy them. Please help!
Im a 15 year old girl. 68-72 is an average weight for a teenage guy. But i guess if you need to lose the weight.
If your trying to lose weight and gain muscle your probaley just going to put on weight as muscle weighs more than fat.
Buy a protien powder and take daily and make about 60% of your diet to do with Eggs, Drinking raw eggs daily, boiled eggs, egg whites if your trying to lose weight.
For you i would say that you should diet first then hit the gym.
If your trying to lose about a pound each week. Have 5 meals a day around 250 calories each meal (never go for more then 3hours without a meal). And also drink loads of water (Your pee should be clear if not drink more)

What is a good Cardio routine for weight loss at the gym?
Ok im not going to lie I'm extremely overweight but I've decided it's time to do something about it! I signed up with a gym so I have access to all the usual equipment. I.e elliptical trainers. Step mahines, bikes, treadmill, rowing machine, lots of strength training machines. And of course the swimming pool.
Usually I do 10-15 mins to warm up on the treadmill. 20-30 on the elliptical trainer 10 on the bike then off to the pool for usually about 15 lengths.
Truth is I'm getting a bit bored. Could anyone suggest sone alternative routines so I can spice it up a bit?
Also any hints and tips on getting the most out of my workout would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance guys!
I really like to do interval training for cardio. I go really hard for 40-50 seconds and then rest/almost completely stop for about 30 seconds or more (I wait for my heart rate to fall to about 145 beats per min). I usually like to do this on the bike but I've also done in on the elliptical. I also find it easier to get through the cardio if I have a magazine to flip through. Good luck
