finger cramps?

so i'm a swimmer and sometimes after swimming for a long time or doing a long workout of pulling with a pool buoy my right middle or ring finger liek cramps. people find it wierd and that it never happens to them. i think they can cramp from pulling the water? but i'm not sure.

what do you think it is?

i get the same thing in my toes. They are just muscle spasms, and they are completely random. If i am doing a kicking set, they will just cramp up so badly and it hurts to swim. My coaches said you can prevent these cramps by eating bananas. The potasium helps. I have been eating them and haven't had a cramp since.

Yeah, so I am going to join Edmonton Phoenix Club on end of March, start of April as it is both one of the top 10 in London and closer to me, but I want to know what is the top 10 technique Drills to make me a better, faster, and more efficient to do Freestyle/Front Crawl, Backstroke and Breast Stroke swimming, I need to start this and get ready for April, please help me if you can.

At the moment I am doing the following workout if it helps; I do the following in a 25metre pool
2 x 25 metre Freestyle/Front Crawl; Fast as I can
2 x 25 metre Backstroke; Fast as I can
2 x 25 metre Breast Stroke; Fast as I can
2 x 25 metre Freestyle/Front Crawl with a Pull Buoy working on my arms; Fast as I can
2 x 25 metre Backstroke with a Pull Buoy working on my arms; Fast as I can
I do this for an hour with no stopping to get rest and in order

1.-Fingertrip drag (drag fingertips across the water)
2.-Six-kick (six kicks per stroke)
3.-Six-kick with fingertip (combination of the two above)
4.-Single Arm Rollout (swim using only one arm, breath to the side of the arm you're using)
5.-Kick (done on back or with board, self-explanatory)
6.-Catch-up (hold your stroke out in front and touch both hands together, pull with bottom arm)
7.-Dog-paddle (don't life shoulders out of water)
8.-Fist (swim, but with your hand in a fist)
9.-OK (same as fist, but keep your hand like its making an ok sign)
10.-Breath control (focus on keeping a regulated breathing pattern)
