Swimming in regular clothes instead of a swim suit in our inground pool?
My older kids want to wear street clothes over their suits. Is there any reason I shouldn't let them? For instance, will the chemical ruin these clothes or will the fibers ruin the pump/filter equipment?
I was lucky enough to grow up in a home with an inground (outdoor) pool. My brother and I were both very self conscious about our bodies and we wore "street clothes" over our suits all the time. I also burn very easy, so I wore tshirts all the time. We never had a problem related to it.
You can also buy your kids "protective" suits to swim in. They are made for swimming, but have longer arms and legs. They protect the kids from UV exposure.

Swim Equipment Can my Dad go to swim while wearing an urostomy bag?
Hello everyone, my Dad got prostate cancer 5 year ago. He had prostate cut 4 year ago and the bladder removed recently. Now he is using urostomy bags. With these bags, the urinary comes straight from the hole on the belly to the bag through a tube. His desperate dream now is coming back to swim as before (the surgery). Is it possible? If yes, how can he do that (with any equipment/product's support)? The problem is the water may come inside the hole on the belly. Please help. Any advice is much appreaciated. Thank you.
I'm currently on a temporary ostomy after having surgery for cancer. I dive for a living. Still do. The only downtime I had was recovery from the surgery and the only downtime I expect is when the ostomy is reversed. If a diver can can go get wet, there's no reason to expect your dad can't go for a swim. He can shower with his appliance on and it's no different with a swim.

They must be doing some maintenance on that site, it's always up as a rule.

I dont know how much of each thing i shold be doing, how much, how intense, nothing. I want to loose weight but strengthen my musscles for swimming.

An exercise bike
A treadmill
A home gym
Im not that fit so i cant go that fast but i want to get fitter
You need to just get out to a gym on the outerside of home like at a public gym and stuff cuz then you can see what people do about fitness and then you can just copy cat them and get fitted up quickly cuz home gym stuff just sits around and gets rusty cuz yu never want to use it so it gets obsoleted away.

Swimspa. Looking to install a pool. Loved the Endless Pool Swim but not the equipment that needs to be stored somewhere else and so very noisy. Dimensions 1 pool swim seemed inferior by comparison, and not quite deep enough. Any suggestions for a reasonable "treadmill style" pool for a good value and not a lot of noise??

doing bodyweight exercises such as pushups will help.do at least 3 sets of pushups.do as many reps as you can till you reach failure,rest for 45-60s and so another set.
for ur age swimming with intensity along with a healthy diet(ots of veggies,lean protein from chicken/fish/lean red meat/egg whites,healthy fats from peanut butter/olive oil/nuts etc) and lots of water will def do the trick

adidas equipment full body swim suit?
would that be acceptable for triathalons?
it depends on the length of the triathlon. but it is usually accepted no matter what. i only use it in cold swims in olympic distances or longer, but that's just me.
