How to maket a good pair of swim goggles that come with 195 designs and colors?
Hi. I am starting out my own business. Needs alot of good suggestions, pls spare me some time to give me ideas esp to retail shops! (overseas). Tks a million!
First of all, to put a new goggle on the market you will need to determine if it is a competition goggle or more a casual one. If it is a casual one, offer it up to pools that sell caps and goggles on a consignment deal or giving them a huge cut. Next if it is a competition goggle. Find a team and let them try it out. I never carried less than five pairs of goggles with me at anytime and with the exception of my swedes non were duplicates of another. And Swedes are a perfect example, the wild fire that those took on in the late 80's was because of word of mouth. You are going to have to give your goggles away to a few key people (free) in order to start spreading the news. Try to peddle them to some champions and colleges. You need people who will be heard and will be willing to try them out. Good Luck

What type of goggles are best for outdoor swim meets?
There's a meet coming up in hot hot sunny Arizona, and I don't think I have the right goggles for that cause my swim meets are usually inside. What type of goggles does everyone else usually wear for outdoor meets?
Wear whatever kind you feel comfortable wearing. I personally wear speedo air seal xr. Then, for outdoor meets, I have the same goggles but mirrored. The mirror on the goggles act as sunglasses and will protect your eyes from harmful rays. Your model of goggle should have a mirror version. One thing tho... You will get a goggle tan. Haha

Swim Goggles Prescription
I want to buy prescription swimming goggles on line but dont under stand the prescription, can u help?
my prescription is Od -5.25 sphere -1.75 cylinder 10 axis
os -5.25 sphere -2.25 cylinder 175axis
For swim goggles, just the sphere portion is used.
The astigmatism is not necessary to correct under water.
The goggles are probably in .50 steps, so go - 5.50 for both eyes.

whats the point of having dark lenses on swim goggles?
Ok so i found my old swim goggles that im gonna use at the ymca tomorrow, i love swimming under water but the lenses are all dark 
can anyone explain why their like this?
and no i dont have the money to go out and buy new ones, so if theres any way i can make the lenses lighter i would be happier than pie 
The reason the goggles are dark is for lap swimming outdoors. I have swam outdoors with both dark and clear, dark work just like sunglasses.
